cases of packed eggs daily, for the 5th largest egg processing company in
the United States, with 50 employees under my direct supervision.
Responsible for all operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory,
processing, maintenance, QA, sanitation, personnel management, and
administration. Shipped liquid and packaged eggs to all Mc Donald's west of
the Mississippi, and Hawaii, as well as the American Samoa's.

allowed the plant to keep 99% plus up time which was consistently in

to 2002 Managed day-to-day production operations, of three
potato processing lines with responsibility for improving on-stream time.
Reducing cost, and upgrading product quality. Manage 30 employees with 5
different languages and controlled production of 100 thousand pound of cut,
and peeled and mash potatoes per shift.
. Made equipment changes, procedural changes, and cutting machine
changeover /set-up times by 20 %.
. Shortened CIP time by 25% by working closely with sanitation personnel
and eliminating unnecessary steps and adjusting the automated portion
of the CIP system, while monitoring bacteria levels, to insure proper
sanitation.
. Improved effectiveness of packing system, increasing efficiency
allowing the elimination of 1 full time position.

Maintenance Supervisor (1996 to 2000)
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the potato receiving, and
waste treatment areas, consisting of a 100,000 lbs. hydraulic lift, 90,000
plus feet of conveyer, 3 centrifuges, water treatment area, and methane gas
burners.
. Developed a root cause analysis programs that determine the main cause
for equipment failure, which allowed the equipment up time to go from
95.9% to 98.6%.
. Changed the P.M. program on the conveyor bearings which saved the
company over $10,000 in parts and labor in the first year.
. Created a PM maintenance schedule for all equipment, under my control,
for a new computer maintenance program, as well as trained the
mechanics on how to use the systems.
