Worked at supplier facility building prototype transmission modules,
evaluated test data, rebuilt modules if components failed and shipped
modules to customer for evaluation. Hired, supervised and scheduled Test
Technicians for 24 hour 7 day a week schedule. Held joint meetings at
supplier with customer and company personnel. Worked with customer at China
manufacturing plant. Held weekly Product Development Team meetings to
review supply's component issues. Reviewed and approved or denied customer
design changes and updated product specifications when required.

Product: Injection Molded Components and Injection Molds
Managed the building, sampling and customer acceptance of 26 injection
molds with 59 different part numbers for new chair program. Worked with
offshore mold builders to obtain mold quotes and new molds. Involved with
the design reviews of the components, the PPAP and PFMEA paperwork,
following the mold build, the mold sampling and rework of the molds to meet
customer's needs and the assembly of the molded parts. Tracked and
reviewed all the PPAP paperwork before submitting it to the customer.

Customer contact for the Product Engineering Department. Scheduled the
building of prototypes along with product testing. Developed time lines

issues. Involved with redesigns that improved production yield and reduced
