Directed all aspects of business operations for the homebuilder's Tennessee
division. Liaised with local city officials and municipal authorities to
ensure compliance with existing regulations. Negotiated and approved real

while serving as Interim Division President of the Nashville division

Division Vice President / Regional Financial Business Analyst (2004-2005)
Partnered with the Regional President to identify new development
opportunities and expand business operations into the Nashville markets in

Land Acquisition Committee tasked with reviewing and approving new
homebuilding opportunities. Analyzed construction project costs and

capitalizations and inventory pipelines; approved payment invoices; handled
account reconciliation activities; and forecasted cash flow. Oversaw the
weekly tracking and reporting of backlog, traffic, sales, starts and
closings for each community, analyzing variances in gross profit margins
