My objective is to continue a career that utilizes my accomplishments, education and 20 years of
experience in the Investigations, Insurance and Construction industries, and join a team where
advancement is limited only by my personal ability and efforts.
Employment History:
2006- 2012 -TGM Construction Enterprises Inc., Director of Risk Management and Estimating
Responsible for Municipal and federally backed Construction projects within the State of Louisiana and
Mississippi. I work as Director of Risk Management and I’m responsible for daily operations and profitability of the
company thru minimizing losses in the work place and implementing Safe Work Place strategies and policies. I
have OSHA 8, 12, and 40certification. I supervise at any one time over 23 employees. I also have extensive
knowledge in estimating construction and replacement cost projects for Surety Bond companies.
2005 – Present- Flour Government Group and Parr Inspections - (seasonal contractual work)
With the experience I gained from Hurricane Katrina, I have worked with Fluor Government Group and Parr
Inspections as an (IHA) Individual Housing Assistance Inspector for deployment to disaster areas as assistance
to FEMA. My duties included conducting Home Inspections to determine the extent of damage to a home owner
for both the structural residence and personal care items. I have experience and I’m level 2 certified with Xacti-
mate and the federal ASCE programs for producing damage estimates.
I have experience working Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Isaac, Gustave and Sandy, New Jersey Floods and
Greenville Kansas Tornados.
1991-2005- Legal Resources Inc., Investigated fraudulent Insurance Claims for national clients.
I opened my own Licensed Investigation agency to handle national insurance claims. I worked in 37 states
across the nation. The primary scope of work was on fraudulent Property Causality and Workers
Compensation cases for national clients. I also have investigated and preformed Litigation Management
Services for Property and Causality claims, product liability, and accident reconstruction cases. It consisted of
taking witness statements, covert surveillance, writing extensive field reports for review by attorneys as to
findings of facts, recommending limits of liability and exposure for 3 rd party subrogation cases to in-house
attorneys and testifying in federal and state courts as an expert witness. I’m certified in accident reconstruction
and worked extensively in the Ford vs. Firestone rollover cases in Louisiana and Mississippi for over two years.
This directly resulted in over 200 million in claims savings. I employed and managed over 25 licensed agents and
sub-vendors on a daily basis.
1986- 1990-The Resolution Trust Corporation-Sr. Federal Investigator under the Reagan Administration
Investigated Officers, Directors, Loan agents, and Appraisers associated with failed Savings and Loan
institutions. Compiled field finding reports for prosecution in Federal and State courts. I worked directly with 250
Attorneys in the 6 state southeastern region of the United States.
