Philosophy
An Architect must be able to practice all phases of the profession: obtaining a project, negotiating
the contract, meeting with the client and progressing through the phases of Building Design to
Contract Documents and onto Construction Management. These phases must be accomplished
with a fair profit for the professional in order for the business to succeed.
I have been in the position of Client Service Manager and Program Manager, this position has
allowed me to work with the client as well as directing and managing a team for design,
production and construction administration of client projects.
Prior to the previous position, I served as Change Production Manager, leading the team in the
production of Change documents for multiple projects.
I have experience in the Construction Administration phase of the project.
I believe that my experience provides me with valuable knowledge in the Architectural profession
and the Construction Industry.
As an Architect, I am prepared to work in that position which best suites my employer.
