skilled trades & 5 salaried in the execution of maintenance plans and
supporting the overall operations of assigned area/shift

methodologies including an understanding of basic and core LEAN methods

SUMMARY:
More than 17 years experience in the maintenance field in both supervision
and as a technician. Although I have been a supervisor in the maintenance
field for more than 8 years I have always worked with my team members to
instill a close-knit crew with no animosity amongst the team. I have done
maintenance work in corrective, preventive predictive, and TPM maintenance
fields. Qualified in troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic &
mechanical systems and provide the necessary maintenance to keep the
equipment running as per the manufactures recommendations. As well as
continuous improvements to update pm's on a continual basis to keep
maintenance focus on problem areas to prevent reoccurring downtime.
