Chief Manager / Cofounder
I cofounded the company with a vision to become one of the region's leading
green builders and developers. Established the company's identity by
focusing on urban infill green building to obtain a competitive market
advantage. Produced a 3 year rapid growth plan to obtain the company's
vision. Led company from single-family residential projects to LEED-ND
neighborhood developments in less than 4 years.
> Managed projects involved in both LEED-H and LEED-ND pilot programs.

neighborhood coordinators to state administrators
> Presented a RFP response that won a development site for the company's
