Eastern Regional Manager - Automotive/Hardware Wholesale (1995 - 1999)

Responsible for directing the Eastern US through 5 manufacturer

representative agencies with a sales force of 75 with sales of $9M.

Directed the promotional activities with all of the Automotive Aftermarket

Program Group Headquarters in the East.

. Created an innovative merchandising program for Advance Auto Parts that

resulted in replacing a competitive line and delivered $1M in annual

sales.

. Implemented consistent promotional programs, which lead to a 35% increase

in sales in the leading independent hardware wholesale program group,

Distribution America.

. Negotiated a new "endcap program" with Carquest Automotive Stores that

retailers resulting in over $1.5M of incremental sales: Sports Authority,

. Negotiated key vendor agreement with Big Rock Sports Group resulting in

Rayovac becoming category leader with sales of $250K.

South East Regional Manager (1991 - 1993)

Responsible for managing staff of 5 direct sales representatives in $8M

region.

. Part of team that developed and rolled out new Automotive Aftermarket

program that resulted in Rayovac gaining #1 market position and $9M

annual sales nationally.

Merchandise, JC Wholesale and Rose's.
