ClearCube Holdings, Inc. Feb 2005 to

Present.

A $40M privately held company and recognized leader in centralized

computing, thin client computing and desktop virtualization. The software

entity is a leading provider of Virtual Desktop enablement and management

software.

Vice President of Finance, October 2008 to Present, reporting to the CEO

Managed Finance and IT staff, supervised all financial operations of the

company and generated key financial reports including consolidated GAAP

statements, management financials and variance reports. Accomplishments

include:

. Promoted 3 times in 5 years including promotion to VP of Finance

in October 2008.

. Led the company to its first profitable quarter and 4 subsequent

profitable quarters during the worst economic conditions in

decades.

. Arranged $7M A/R financing line of credit with bank in July

2007.

. Experienced with software revenue recognition (SOP 97-2) and

deferred revenue recognition for hardware warranty and software

maintenance and support plans.

. Successfully managed cash flow allowing company to take

advantage of prompt payment discounts with contract manufacturer

resulting in annual savings exceeding $100K.

. Managed computer system conversion resulting in enhanced

inventory tracking and streamlined financial reporting for

parent company and 2 subsidiaries.

Antiqueland USA, Inc. April 1999 to Mar 2005.

Largest chain of antique and craft malls in the US with sales exceeding

$35M. Growth was accomplished through both acquisition and start-ups.

Controller, reporting to the CFO

Managed the accounting functions, prepared monthly individual mall

financial statements, consolidated statements and various management

reports for board members and corporate officers.

. Obtained $6M of investor financing in June 1999 allowing the

company to expand from 8 to 26 malls.

. Evaluated potential mall acquisitions, forecasted results,

streamlined operations and advised the president and operations

manager.

. Selected and implemented new accounting software.

. Supervised the financial integration of the new malls,

implemented financial controls as well as computer, banking and

merchant services procedures to enhance mall operations and

profitability.

. Designed and documented accounting procedures and controls.

. Additional responsibilities included treasury management, human

Equicom, Inc. Sept 1997 to April

1999.

Start-up company formed to roll-up small to mid-size radio stations in

Texas resulting in operational synergies.

Chief Financial Officer, reporting to the CEO

Directed the acquisition of small and mid-size radio stations from start-up

of operations to 26 radio stations with 200 employees in less than one

year.

. Worked closely with our venture capital firm to obtain the

funding needed for growth including bringing in a second round

of investors in 1998.

. Assisted in the due diligence process by analyzing financial

statements and evaluating the various radio stations for

potential acquisition.

. Transitioned accounting, traffic and billing functions to our

centralized accounting department after acquisition.

. Evaluated and installed an integrated computer system, hired and

trained the accounting staff, and supervised human resources and

IT.

. Developed station budgets and worked with CEO and station

managers to increase revenues, cut costs and improve station

profit margins.

Largest independent office equipment dealer in the Southwest specializing

in copiers, fax machines, computer and audio/visual equipment.

. Arranged a $2M line of credit with a national bank, enabling the

company to take advantage of prompt payment discounts, improve cash

flow and increase profitability.

. Supervised a staff of 9 and worked closely with the operations

manager, sales manager, service manager and corporate executives to

grow this company from revenues of $15M to over $21M within 2 years.

. Instigated the conversion from a DOS based computer system to a

windows operating system which provided superior accounting

reporting, inventory management, sales tools, equipment tracking

and coordinated service calls.
