BOESEN MILWAUKEE President, Real Estate Division 2005 to Present Acts as key point of contact and strategic partner for CEO in the
development and implementation of store specific real estate strategy and objectives, to include site selection, remodels, and closures. Develops
and manages space requirements, optimal cost structures, and metrics for location and quality. Participates regularly in professional societies
and activities related to the retail industry and real estate function. Maintains pro active relationships with community and government

• Launching an agressive $7 million investment campaign into Milwaukee area commercial real estate.
