Cost Cutting - Consistently reduced labor costs for area an average of 4% to achieve low man/hrs per
barrel and lowest conversion cost for the corporation. Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste
throughout the plant while increasing throughput. Standardization of parts and equipment and changes in
operating procedures.
Safety - Reduced injuries by 200% from 2000 to 2008. In 2009 reached 2,000,000 man hours without a
