scheduled work, PMs and best practice PMs completed within 30 days.

Cost Cutting - Consistently reduced labor costs for area an average of 4% to achieve low man/hrs per

barrel and lowest conversion cost for the corporation. Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste

throughout the plant while increasing throughput. Standardization of parts and equipment and changes in

operating procedures.

Safety - Reduced injuries by 200% from 2000 to 2008. In 2009 reached 2,000,000 man hours without a

loss time accident.

intelligence to senior management. Directed production and maintenance schedules throughout the

weekly operations. Enforce safety, sanitation and good manufacturing practices, operating rules,

Led team through initial startup of petro chemical facility and made improvements to equipment to

achieve profitability targets. Collaborated with operations, IT, manufacturing, supply and logistics.

Managed maintenance group on equipment repairs, modifications, safety, and planned major outages.

Held P&L responsibility for $1.0 million budget with 20 indirect reports.

Executed successful startup of Gulf Oil through disassemble and inspection of turbines, compressors and

all other rotating equipment. Larger equipment rotating elements were sent out for balancing. Developed

equipment flaw in a steam turbine.
