center and its 45 employees. My responsibilities included full P&L

oversight, management of 5 front line managers and the sales team,

continuous improvement of operational efficiency, revenue growth, client

retention, annual financial planning, monthly projections, quarterly

operating reviews, SOX compliance, inventory management, union

negotiations, and safety and loss prevention. Some of my major clients

included John Deere, ALCOA, Wahl Clipper, Mid American Energy, and XPAC.

long term strategic and financial plans, oversight of two District Managers

and office staff, and the recruiting and hiring of all management level

positions. As Vice President of the company my main responsibility is to

grow our business through maintaining product standards, development of new

interest margin, growing investment revenue, state and federal audit

results, financial reporting, service standards, monthly board reporting,

and compliance reporting.

Achievements

. Implemented a regional operations center that processed all transactions

for our bank and two other institutions. This reduced our daily

processing costs by 45%

municipal bond investment strategy.
