Carried the duties of a full time physical therapist in the Acute setting
of a small rural hospital. Performed evaluations, daily treatment sessions,
regular daily documentation for an array of diagnoses and age groups from
16-100.
Trinity Medical Center - West Campus
Physical Therapist
Carried the duties of a full time physical therapist on the Transitional
Care unit for 1 year and then on the Acute Rehab unit for the last year to
the present. Also on occasion floated to the Acute hospital floors as well.
Performed evaluations, daily treatment sessions, daily and weekly progress
notes as well as discharge summaries.
