reading, drawing and execution, scheduling, management of multiple

projects, billing and purchasing oversight, customer relations, contractor

Hired initially in 1992 as a construction manager, I was also expected to

handle all design, drafting, and pool calculations. In1994, I proposed and

implemented a successful pool service division for the company . Over the

next few years I expanded its sales force and acquired additional industry

training. By 1997 the company became the major contractor for swimming

pools in a five state industry area capturing the majority of the premier

swimming pool business.
