portfolio of approximately $1.7 billion of client capital (NYNEX,
AT&T, STATE STREET, DIGITAL, GM) for property investment management
team. The portfolio included joint venture, full equity,
participating debt, and development investments in markets throughout
the United States. Property sectors included office (5 million square
feet), retail (9 million square feet), industrial (5 million square
feet), multi-family (4,000 units), and land developments.
