Ran multiple Safeway pharmacy 2nd consult room T.I.s. Coordinated subs with scheduling to install new 2nd consult room with modular walls in existing pharmacies. Finished punch lists with all subs to complete jobs.

Bid, scheduled and ran numerous projects, commercial and residential.

Worked with owners, architects, planners and engineers. Did all scheduling, layout and control, ran labor and subs. 100K Sq.Ft. T.I. with full seismic upgrade, complete interior 2nd floor mezzanine, full exterior façade and all new (wet and dry) off site work.
2005-2006 Duplan Construction Inc. - Project Superintendent
Scheduling, ran all labor and subs, dealt with city bldg. dept.,architect, E.O.R., and safety. Did daily job reports, R.F.I.s, weekly safety meetings and subcontractor meetings. Constantly checked layout & control, workmanship and materials used. Did two large commercial wood frame buildings, from the ground up.
2004-2005 Hagensen Pacific Construction Inc. - Project Superintendent
Did all scheduling, ran work and all subs.,dealt with owners (city of San Jose), architects and E.O.R. Did daily job reports, R.F.I.s, held weekly sub and safety meetings. This project was a 14 million dollar San Jose branch library, from the ground up, with complete demolition of the existing one.
1993-2004 Devcon Construction Inc.
Worked on numerous large commercial projects from the ground up, steel structures and T.I.s in the greater bay area. Responsabilities included supervision of construction crews, ordering materials, layout and control, working with subs to keep projects on schedule, checking workmanship, materials used and safety meetings.
SUMMERY: I have 19 years residential and 18 years commercial experience. Did residential layout for over 6 years, commercial layout and control for over 3 years. I was a commercial foreman for 4 years before becoming a commercial superintendent. I am really good at running the subs and moving them around to keep out of each others way, when needed, to keep them happy and the project on schedule. I can schedule just about any size project either by using Microsoft Projects or Primeavera Suretrack or a pencil and paper. I have more than enough experience in foundations, structural steel and wood frame buildings, on and off site work and T.I.s.
