Launched performance bonus program for North Pointe Special Service
District, increasing productivity. Waste being received at new disposal
facility contained high percentage of recyclable content. Assessed facility
procedures, staffing and scheduling. Developed plan to take advantage of

organic agriculture, environmental remediation, management of special
wastes, recycling, public services and development of unconventional oil

Promoted to manage district operations under the direction of politically
