or control pest problems in the field and in cold storage. I found a way to

control grape mealy bug in organic grapes and to increase the storage life

of organic grapes from 2 weeks to 6 weeks of cold storage. Set up,

calibrate and oversee operation of special equipment. I helped plant

breeder with logistic problems. Safety Officer: Set up programs for safety

training to comply with W.P.S./T.I.RP.P. and Senate Bill 198. Securing all

needed permits and licenses needed to farm or operate. Making and keeping

certifications with the different organic certifiers. Process Produce

Manager: Set up programs for raisins, prunes, nuts and dates for growing

through packaging (storage and effective shelf life). Took raisins sales of

company to outside growers. I set up a 12 month organic vegetable and

lettuce program. Also set up and started an organic carrot program . Grower

special equipment to packing materials for vegetable crops and fruits.
