public and private works projects, including preparing cost estimates and

proposals allowing municipalities to file for federal funding grants in

aid.

VALLEY ASPHALT CORPORATION; Cincinnati, Ohio 1994 to 1995

Quality Control Engineer

Managed and supervised research studies programs in cooperation with the

University of Cincinnati, Civil Engineering Department, researching asphalt

pavement design technology improvements. Prepared working structural

engineering drawings for asphalt plant relocations. Managed and developed

a comprehensive corporate air quality control program for asphalt plants

conforming to Federal Environmental Protection Agency Title V regulations.

Roadway & Surveying Design Technician

Collected topographic survey data as part of survey crew and prepared

working drawings for several roadway and bridge projects throughout the
