I am a dynamic, experienced business management executive seeking an
opportunity to lead and shape the future growth of an organization. I
achieved award winning results as a General/Regional Manager by building
exceptional, highly motivated sales and operations teams that continually
drove revenue and improved operating efficiencies which produced
unprecedented profit margins.
CORE COMPETENCIES
ENTREUPERNERSHIP: Auto Trader Magazine fostered a culture of "owning the
business". I held the authority and responsibility for personnel
management, process development and ultimately financial performance. The
corporate structure was de-centralized and encouraged innovative,
independent thinking to increase revenue while maintaining company values,
inventing and implementing procedures and providing superior returns.
LEADERSHIP: Maintained profit margin as the auto industry suffered its most
difficult economic downturn in decades. I achieved these results through
reorganizing the sales team for more efficiency, effectively controlling
operational expenses and introducing new product launches leading to
increased revenue growth.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALES MANAGEMENT: 13 plus years of successful
business to business and business to consumer sales. Extensive sales team
building and new client acquisition expertise as demonstrated in the online
/ print publishing business. Successfully hired, trained, developed, and
coached sales teams which exceeded goals and repeatedly produced award
winning results.
