conducts Timekeeping and LMP confirmations by implementing barcode

scanning through out the depot, which will facilitate aggregate

planning throughout the system and result in $43 million cost

avoidance annually.

. Conducted a time study on the assembly and structure of the CH47.

Identified 291 hrs of Non-Value Added time.

. Performed time studies, analyzed production processes, conducted

process planning and design improvements. Also analyzed production

planning, material/parts information flow, equipment and

facilities utilization.

. Supported Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen events). Planned, designed,

analyzed and integrated alternatives to production processes,

procedures, capacity, capability and policies relating to the

overhaul /repair and modification of a variety of components

creating $586,194 in cost avoidance.

. Conducted multiple CAT II time studies on the overhaul and

assembly of several military helicopters, the disassembly/assembly

of GE T-700 and T-55 engines.
