Assists and communicates with Corporate office on a daily basis.
Responsible for the daily reconciliation and balancing of all prior days
sales and adjustments. Maintains all employee files in accordance to
Company specifications. Responsible for the timeliness of Payroll
submissions to Corporate as well as supporting the Benefits Department
during Open Enrollment periods.
As well as being responsible for all front-of-the-house (FOH) functions on
an opening, mid- or closing shift to include guest relations, supervision
of all FOH staff and staffing levels, proper restaurant ambience,
