Analyzed, designed, and implemented PeopleSoft Training

Administration/eDev modules. Created conversion SQR programs to load

data from Lotus databases to Oracle database. SQR program was

modified for the SF-182 report. Modified PeopleCode to fix Workflow

and Email problems. Email message, Activities, Hyperlink, and

Workflow were modified to meet the requirement needs. eDev of Self

Service functionality was modified to allow employee to enroll

courses which they are not in the system. New tables, sub-records,

derived/work records, views, pages, components, and PeopleCode were

created on this project. Technical design document and test plan were

created for each project. Interviewed and met with user for business

requirement of each project. Prepared test materials, which included:

Test Plans, User Manual/Instruction, scenarios, scripts and Standard

manage Ford's international employee personnel and dependent data,

Immigration information, national tax, and business information for

home as well as foreign country, including utilizing PeopleTools to

develop a variety of records, panels, and menus for user interface.

Created records in parent/child relational database structure as well

as panels. Utilized Tree Manager tools to create query tree for

security. Utilized PeopleCode make the application more functional as

the customer required and more users friendly. Used PS/Query and

Crystal techniques generate various reports for the ERIS application.

Created SQR conversion programs to convert text files with different

delimiter into PeopleSoft application table in Oracle database. Set

up Crystal reports, SQR, and Window applications for process

scheduler. Developed test plan to test each component of the ERIS

application.

Researched and developed the ERIS application to run in Lotus Notes

V4.5 platform. Used Lotus Notes Tools set up user interface for

creating and modifying Notes databases, forms, views, agents, and

navigators. Utilized Notes formula, function, and script at field,

form, and database level to implement the application for

accomplishing business rules as the application needed.

Conducted with users to analyze, design, and set up GL function of

PeopleSoft Financial Application for upgrade from V2.2 to V5.1. Use

PeopleTools such as Data Designer, Panel Designer, Menu Designer,

Operator Security, PeopleCode, PS/Query, and Crystal Report to perform

the upgrade processing. Removed and added old/new chartfields for all

objects as ACS needed. Use Application Upgrader to copy objects of

ACS' applications from source database to target database. Modify

queries, crystal reports and SQR programs. Set up crystal reports and

SQR program for process schedulers. Create database link and SQL

script to load data from one database to another database. Ran

National Academy Science (NAS): Responsible for analysis, design,

prototype, and customization of PeopleSoft accounting system of

Accounts Receivable and General Ledger functions. Created and

modified panels, records, fields, and menus using PeopleTools V3.0 to

meet NAS requirements. Used import utility to uploaded ASCII data file

from the NAS current system to PeopleSoft system Oracle database for

account number and department information.
