corporate office to assist our Vice President for technical support in
Power Generation and Utilities on World Wide Pursuits, also provide
additional technical support on Base Camp Operations and some Construction
Projects for any typical Government Operation.
. Subject Matter Expert with the Business Development Group on new
Government and Infrastructure pursuits, developing bottoms up basis
of estimates and work with writers for technical volumes.
. Provide full technical support as a Subject Matter Expert to
Operations, Maintenance and Logistic Project Staff on current
contract over three billion dollars of Logcap III.

At the current project for over a year promoted to construction manager and
oversee all construction for our area in Southern Iraq. I was responsible
for 4 separate bases, providing life support for over 18,000 soldiers.
Oversee of all construction and engineering with ability to manage
subcontracts against a schedule and budget, working with Procurement staff
on approved standards for industry. Weekly reporting status to senior
management and the client in the form of computer generated project
updates.
. Currently responsible for construction management and habitability
services provided to an overseas US military installation
accommodating several thousand personnel.
. Overseeing camp design from concept to engineering and installation
of all base camp services and supporting infrastructure.
. Development for Basis of Estimate for Southern Iraq Team for new
task and change orders.
. Currently designing engineering and project management of 12 MW
power plant generation systems with ability to expand over 40 MW of
power generated at 11 KV distributions for living areas on the main
air base.

one 6000 personal dining facility, retail fuel distribution points,
enduring base utilities, Army / Air Fore Foreign Exchange

Responsibilities range from day to day operations as to short term and long
term planning such as billeting, work orders and repairs, power generation,
all utilities to include electrical and plumbing, waste management, laundry
services, water production facility, Dining facility, TMP Bus Operations,
and facilities management as well.
