production processes. Functioned as project engineer for owner/CEO.

. Orchestrated facility relocation to a new site in five working days.

Coordinated with subcontractors (air, steam, electric, and water),

movers, and completed new boiler project. Completed project on time

and with no disruption to customers.

. During the prototype manufacturing process implement product and

process changes that would allow them to be manufactured more easily

and at improved yields.

. Came up with new process and tooling that saved 25% in raw material

costs for a very expensive coated fabric. New tooling payback in nine

months.

. When tasked with devising a method to obtain much quicker tool changes

for compression molds I came up with plan using spare tooling and

additional mold handling equipment. This cut lost molding time from 90

minutes to 10.
