. Manage all hourly employees in both the cottonseed and soybean

Perform regular QC laboratory work on products to determine oil quality,

meal composition and efficiency

of solid-solid and solid-liquid separations

. Monitor solvent discharge to ensure extraction operation is within

EPA permit boundaries

. Lead regular facility-wide training sessions for OSHA and ADM

safety programs (HAZWOPER, HAZMAT, SWP3, etc)

. Designed new condensate return system, saving over $4,000 / month in

energy, chemical and maintenance costs
