. Increased IMU% by 5.9% which helped increased GM% by 3.21over
plan, a 16.34% increase and 2.99 over LY, a 15.05% increase.
Enhanced product assortment is also responsible for the improved
GM%.
. Evaluates industry data (Information Resources Inc. and Nielsen),
sales history, and trends to develop family and troop seasonal and
core assortments. Partners with Planogram Specialist to create
plan-o-grams; layouts are engineered from sales history, marketing
research, and industry trends.
. Writes media queries for Exchange Commissary News, an EBM
publication, as well as communicating merchandising information

store and closely monitored the process which increased our sales
by over 30% in a six month period as well as decreasing inventory.
