. Responsible for performance for line's of businesses by managing

over 8,000 SKU's. Department's combined sales are 11.6% YTD over

plan, 18.5% over LY.

. Increased IMU% by 5.9% which helped increased GM% by 3.21over

plan, a 16.34% increase and 2.99 over LY, a 15.05% increase.

Enhanced product assortment is also responsible for the improved

GM%.

. Evaluates industry data (Information Resources Inc. and Nielsen),

core assortments. Partners with Planogram Specialist to create
