As independent consultant, completed the project of the largest telecom
provider AT&T which involved products implementation and learning ActiveVOS
BPEL. Products include Cramer, & ATT's BSS & OSS implementation, ASMS in
order to redesign the current solution. To implement the workflow in new
open software architecture platforms designed the solution using ActiveVOS
in order to replace ASMS and workflow associated with it to integrate with
Cramer Workflow.
For Rogers made a EPC blueprint worked as team lead for the project POC.
For Rogers & Astro worked as Technical Team Leader on Smart Client
Enterprise Transformation projects covering the Enterprise Product Catalog
implementation and SmartClient implementation. Also in Astro, the billing
system is converged from different systems into the Amdocs billing module.
Reliance is long term strategic client for Amdocs with long term
implementation of their customer service, sales and billing based on Amdocs
Products. The new company FLAG takeover required to implement the Amdocs
Smart Client CRM and various customizations on smart client. In conjunction
with that APM was used for their implementation. Project involved leading
the team of 10+ developers with assisting them on any queries and providing
them solution for their problems from technology solution and architecture
perspective.
EchoStar is BCS division strategic client where the multiphase project for
Amdocs is rolled out. As a technical solution leader, participated in the
initial phases of RFP, SRD and Design. As part of the Broadband-Cable-
Satellite customers in UK, the project definition sessions were organized
in VirginMedia-UK as a strategic client. I worked as solution architect in
the OMS, CRM, Product Catalog and other modules in Amdocs product suite,
upgrade of current software and other related initiatives scoped and
approved by the client.
Solution Designer for the Cablevision Upgrade. Reimplementation of various
software to comply with currency, integration and migration to other CRM &
OMS, DST Billing systems, CTI integration using Genesys and Aspect. Worked
on iSupport, Helpdesk, OMSE modules, Configuration management tools and
Security with Role based authorizations. Lead the development team of
twelve in US, Cross portfolio team from Israel and India, worked on
integration & implementation with security and admin with customizations on
various GUI. Integration included the standardizing B2B layer from CRM into
the legacy systems, building web services layer across various applications
and using integration strategies provided by Amdocs like Integration
Gateway and multimedia integration. Responsibilities involved Client
Interaction, lead development teams, concise communication with timely
updates from technology to business process and project management.
Project Requirement, development & Planning Consultant for Amdocs upgrade
in AAA.
Worked on the Clarify upgrade design from 12.5 to 13.1, Integration
implementation for CTI with Avaya and various other custom systems using
XML gateway, CIM and iSupport and other modules like Sales and opportunity
management on thin client environment, CISCO VOIP phone setup
implementation and training.
Worked as Solution Architect with Information Builders, for developing
mainly Application Integration Technologies for most of the ERP, CRM
Clarify systems with existing Applications like SAP, Siebel, Clarify from
Microsoft Products and other Java technologies. Worked on a project using
complete suite of Adapters for Microsoft integration software like BizTalk
and on Clarify 12.5 - Classic and Thin Client, eSupport and iSupport. As
a technical manager at TelMex lead the team for sales initiative to
penetrate in a conglomerate of companies owned by Carlos Slim. This project

Clear Support, Clear Logistics, Clear Quality EAI. Technical Management
Team Lead for many projects in CRM Clarify and SFA area. Highlights
include:
. Played a key role in cost efficient roll out using offshore resources,
business agile solutions and various risk mitigation plans. Worked on due
diligence for the biggest EDS - Takeover of Towers Perrin project
involving multi billion dollars company investment. Worked with off-shore
and onsite team members.
. Designed the S.B. Architecture Blueprint, presented to C-Level executives
for buying and funding approvals. Involved in implementing the EAI web
methods as preferred product from EDS. Goal was to reduce 300+ disparate
systems to Enterprise-wide four major systems.
. Developed many key interfaces to support integration of CRMs, Clarify

Responsible for managing various enterprise initiatives from requirement

* Designed and delivered a consolidated Contact Center Solution using
Clarify that reduced the number of contact center employees through
application automation. This included reduction in offshore contact
centers.
* Consolidated voice and data infrastructures with the help of CTI
integration and IVR implementation. Optimized network designs thereby
increasing business transaction throughput.
* Designed and implemented a distributed support system that evolved from
two way pagers, to integration with the Web, to mobile computing devices
like BlackBerry.

Service Application Resource System (SARS). Managed offshore and onsite

Management initiatives achieving uninterrupted operations at the Year
2000 turnover.
* Acted as Senior Software Engineer Lead on the biggest CRM Clarify
software program undertaken by StorageTek using ClearSupport,
ClearLogistics, ClearQuality modules. The client realized a 16 month
payback on a $200M investment. This was achieved through call center
consolidations, staff reduction, improvements in revenue recovery,
reduction in cycle time, and implementation of SAP, Siebel, and Clarify.
Since then, the client has taken an additional 20% staff reduction while
continuing to handle 10% more calls. Call volume was handled efficiently
due to increased automation on the service software like pop-up CTI
interface, IVR interface, and automated service event billing and
closure.
