Oversight and documentation of 76 Caissons with depths of 80’ and shaft

Observation & documentation of construction materials for the installation

Perrier / Ice Mountain, Mecosta County, MI
Served as Construction Manager / Quality Control for Perrier’s Spring Water
delivery system including oversight of all electrical, mechanical & pumping
stations. Two, 6” stainless steel lines were field welded and ran from the
source 12 miles to the bottling plant. Open cut trenching and directional
drilling were used to facilitate the lines placement.
Michigan State University, Spartan Stadium Renovation, East Lansing,
MI
Oversight & documentation of the rehabilitation project. The project
included removing bleacher seats and replacing them with premium chair
back seats, foundation underpinning, cantilever auger cast pile earth-
retention system, force main storm drainage system, vertical draining asphalt
under the new artificial playing surface & all associated utilities.
Army Corps of Engineers & Western Michigan University Slope
Stability & Dewatering Study, Grand Haven, MI
Installed Michigan’s first slope stability & dewatering study for Lake
Michigan Bluffs. Mobilized a 100 ton crawler crane down 10 miles of beach
to access 3 Bluff locations. The crane supported a drilling platform, drill rig
& crew on slopes that were 1 to 1 up to 100’ above the lake level.
Simon Industries, Fitchburg, MA
Observation & documentation of a 30’ double-tiered tieback sheet pile earth
retention system. Included 11,200 sq. ft. of sheet piling, fabrication &
installation of post tensioned tieback system. Remediation of 23,000 cubic
yards of impacted soils, modified and capped an existing 12 acre landfill.
Seven Lakes Land Development, Lyons, MI
Remediated 90,000 cubic yards of impacted soil from a 350 acre gravel mine
for development of single & multiple family homes.
Murco Meats, Plainwell, MI
Oversight, observation & documentation for the construction of a million
gallon a day wastewater treatment plant. It included 450 auger cast pile
foundations, cast in place VDR tanks, two 40’ diameter clarifier tanks and
erection of a pre-cast treatment building with all associated utilities.
