company. Over the past ten years, I have used my knowledge of customer
service, insurance products, marketing, and office management to enhance

For instance, at Senior Financial Insurance Agency, I was required to have
an insurance license in the State of Massachusetts. I used this knowledge
to process insurance applications and co-produce sales of insurance
products with the senior agent at the firm. However, my primary
responsibilities were those of an accounts manager, which required me to
function as the primary liaison to prospective clients. This included
responding to telephone inquiries as well as interacting with clients
during preliminary consultations. My work as a liaison called upon my
familiarity with financial products and insurance.
I also managed and coordinated office procedures at Senior Financial
Insurance Agency to provide maximum efficiency, thereby increasing
productivity and profits. In addition, my accounting duties involved
performing a quarterly analysis of income and expenditures. I completed in-
depth quarterly and annual calculations for the money management fees for
billing.
Likewise, my position as a store clerk strengthened my customer service
skills by requiring me to assist agricultural producers in filling their
inventories. This entailed helping customers to make purchasing decisions
by identifying the product lines and quantities best suited to their needs.
Of course, my work as a store clerk involved cashier duties.
Overall, these experiences also demanded exceptional organization skills,
problem-solving abilities, and calculation. I am now looking for a position
that allows me to utilize these skills as well as my dedication to customer
