I have over 20 years of geriatric nursing experience, most of which has
been in a management role. I have a long and consistent tract record of
success. After 12 years of long term care and multiple deficiency free
surveys as Director of Nursing, I decided to explore the Assisted Living
Industry. My record of success has continued as evidenced by deficiency
free surveys per Department of Social Service. In 2004, my department
scored a 98% during our company annual survey, 97% in 2005, 100% in 2006
and 100% in 2007. Every year I have had above average evaluations and
received the company maximum annual salary increases and bonuses. I have
continued by education and have earned an activity certificate and my
administrator's license for adult care homes in North Carolina. Currently,
I am the Director of Nursing at the Cypress Club of Charlotte. Since my
leadership in 2008 the facility has received 2 deficiency free state
surveys. As an exceptional leader, organizer, and time manager I feel I
will be an asset to your current team.
