Project managed implementation and installation of ongoing Cisco VoIP

(Voice over IP) installations in existing offices. Number of offices

installed - 12. Project managed remaining 15 offices that were

converted to new VoIP platform.

. Managed the selection of voice services direction for new

company infrastructure that included 55 offices in US,

Canada and Mexico. Project duties included determining

present state of voice infrastructure in each location,

identifying required assets for transfer from Ernst & Young

(Avaya PBX) environment where feasible, identify voice

technology solution for each location, manage the

provisioning of new facilities into each office, schedule

transition, create new support organization, negotiate new

vendor relationships, identify new technologies, (VoIP).

Developed and ran a successful Cisco IP Telephony proof of

concept pilot to determine applicability of technology in

the environment. As a result, installed six offices using

Cisco VoIP systems. Worked with Avaya to reengineer 20 of

the 55 offices affected by this company split as well as

transitioning locations to new voice messaging platform and

keeping project on track for a deadline mandated by the

SEC. Chaired project team that selected vendors for

corporate phone cards and audioconferencing.

and information technology (IT) services and solutions to commercial and

Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, OH.

NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland.
