12/92-1/10 Started as an Account Representative in Ann Arbor where I was
responsible for securing and maintaining business by calling on
accounts mainly over the phone. Sales quotas were almost always
met or exceeded and in 12/93, I was promoted to Account
Executive in Cadillac, MI. I was again responsible for securing
and maintaining business, but now mainly through direct selling.
Quotas were again almost always exceeded and, as the only
Account Executive, I played a key role in helping the service
center achieve new records for sales revenue and profitability. I
was promoted again in 7/96 when I was asked to open and manage
the new Gaylord, MI service center. In this position, I was held
directly responsible for the profitability of the service center and
ensuring Company policy and procedures were followed at all
times. I was also responsible for carrying out the administration of
all personnel related issues including recruiting and hiring, training
and development, and ensuring all state and federal labor laws
were obeyed. In 8/05, I returned to the position of Account
Executive out of the Gaylord facility and again showed positive
growth and retained a 20+% market share.

Management and General Marketing. Made Dean’s List 5 times
and graduated with Honors (Cum Laude).
Personal I enjoy spending time with my family including coaching youth
sports and volunteering at school and church functions. I serve as
a Board Member for the Otsego County Food Pantry. My favorite
hobbies include basketball, racquetball, golf, and reading.
