Gilead Sciences Foster City, California

Oversaw government and commercial contracts from proposal development to

implementation. Provided strategic direction relating to government pricing

and contracting activities. Collaborated with the business team and legal in

developing policies surrounding legislative changes such as MMA, DRA and

Tricare. Lead efforts in ensuring all calculation methodologies are in

compliance with legislation and properly implemented in the GP system. Managed

all internal and external OIG/FSS audits. Ensured product placement in all

government programs for all newly approved and acquired products. Provided
