Install Engineers, Refurbishment/Test Engineers and Optical Engineers. Charged with initiating upgrading of production,

ensuring quality and cost goals were met. Managed logistics via prioritization of production schedules based on manpower,

donor tool availability and ship dates. Aided in profitability and cost cutting through budget recommendations by negotiating with

members from other KT Divisions, using excess material in future builds and reducing capital expenditures both within the US

and Asia.

Spearheaded new division in Singapore, building operations from the ground up on site while continuing effective supervision of
