assist the insured in filing the claim and having their glass repair or

replacement needs addressed

- Spearheaded new project of improving air drying systems to preventing

chemical re-deposition inside steel mills. Designed better performing

system while still reducing cost and energy.

- Involved in the tabulation and composition of daily productions reports

on steel coils

- Revised and updated preventive maintenance guidelines for problematic

glass crushing machine, including ordering new parts, which increased

productivity and efficiency

- Supervised a team of 5 operators, received updates and feedback from them

to incorporating new ideas to limit failure
