o Researched and hired outside collection agency. Defined work

55%, and 71% respectively. During the same time period, reduced DSO

from 245 days to 55 days and reduced outstanding receivables from

$4.2MM to $1.6MM

o Established International Collections Team. Defined procedures for

identifying chargeback losses which could be disputed through

international Merchant Processor, collection procedures, demand

letters, tracking, reporting, and goals. Additionally, prior to

successfully training international counterparts, I created and

maintained SOP's for international collection procedures

o Conducted/Participated in various training classes. Facilitated the

Achieve Global class "Leadership Skills" for 80 management personnel.
