Engineered business turnaround of inactive venture through cash-free merger

resulting in record profits and $8.5 million increase in annual revenue.

Initiated examination of underperforming businesses and implemented

strategy to sell and/or close four business units, resulting in $6.5

million savings over plan.

Resolved union strike with three-year contract incorporating wage
