DC Department Manager
Responsible for the daily order selection of sixty-five to eighty-five
thousand cartons in a 1.6 million square foot facility. Accountable for
housekeeping, selection accuracy, carton integrity, and load quality during
daily operations. Managed two direct reports and twenty five to fifty
hourly associates in a union environment.
. Eliminated case pack offline and condensed pick path for case pack order
fillers that has shown an increase in productivity from 250 to 367 units
per hour year over year, and increased fill rate from 99.1% to 99.7%.
. Received recognition for most improved DC out of eleven regional DC's
