electronic test, repair. This involved all phase of manufacturing/engineer support. Has work effectively in both

self managed and team-base project. This involve versatile problem solving discipline in evaluating, verifying

and troubleshooting system to their component level

Relevant Skill Summary Electronic Technician Production/Engineer

Utilization of a variety of test equipment for testing, troubleshooting and analysis of product on assembly

line and lab which include digital,analog (RF) I. E. oscilloscope (MSO DSO), spectrum analyzer, function signal

generators, power meter mulit-meter also ATE and board testing etc. For product quality monitoring and prototype

evaluations also design verification

Soldering experience in PCB assembly using inspection criteria under IPC rework and modification

for leadless device and through hole component installation and removal .This cover many component

footprints (Chips, MELF, SOIC, SOT J lead, QFP etc).

Performed acceptability of assemblies under IPC-a-610/JSTD procedures which also involve

identification and handing of components cleaning inspection of through hole and mixed technology printed

circuits assembly.

Experience in Electronic prototype board/ assemblies fabrication and test that range from wire wrap

to PCB layout for through hole / surface mount and mixed technologies. Testing of prototype for product

model feasibility including the fabrication of wire harness and cable assemblies. Test fixture development

including manual /auto test box, pc base, data logging.

Experience in quality assurance that include visual inspection also (microscope) and HALT, HASS

product accelerated life test also infant mortality testing this included ( failure in the field) data analysis of

product life characteristic. Knowledge of MTBF, MTTF testing using temperature camber (heat and

refrigeration) including humidity, vacuum leakage and environmental simulation testing dynamic, vibration

testing (shake table).

Ability to read and interpret schematic, technical drawing (electrical\electronic) and pictorials for

production and engineering

Experience in test, troubleshooting and repair of digital circuits to component level. This include many

type of logic gates families (I.E ECL,TTL,COMOS, HC, AC,BICOMS NMOS etc).analyzing under

test synchronous and asynchronous sequential system using pattern generator and logic state analyzer.

This include embedded system testing at component level which also involved testing and

programming programmable logic array (PLD,CPLD,FPGA etc) with the configuration of hardware

and download firmware with associated equipment .This include prototype evaluation with the

addition of logic simulation software.

Experience in component level testing, troubleshooting and repair of analog circuits (I.E RF/IF

components, switches, multiplexer, converter, comparators and amplifiers all type of filter and signal

conditioner etc). Analyzing sub circuits for THD, SNR, jitter phase timing etc for sub system function

assurance. This include testing device that range from audio, video, communication, power supply

(shunt and switcher type) also microwave component and sub assemblies.
