1. Generate Electrical and Instrumentation drawings: Lighting and
Equipment layout, Electrical Single Line and Control Schematic
drawings, Instrument Lists, I/O Lists, Electrical Load Lists,
Instrument Hook-up drawings and cable schedule and routing/layout
drawings.
2. Conduct Field/Site survey on Client's facilities for initial
Electrical and Instrumentation design conceptualization.
3. Generate Electrical and Instrumentation Data Sheets to be issued for
Material procurement.
4. Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests on Vendor equipments and Final
package equipment No-Load test at the workshop/factory for initial
client's approval prior shipment to client's site.
5. Prepare site red-line markups and draft AS-BUILT drawings.
6. Prepare Material Take-offs (MTO's) and Bill of Materials (BOM's) on
Electrical and Instrumentation Installation Hookups for Material
purchases.
7. Issue Material requisitions for Electrical and Instrumentation
purchases and approve corresponding purchase requisitions.
8. Correspond to Site Technical and Engineering Queries for unresolved
issues on Electrical and Instrumentation site installations.
9. Compile Project drawings for client submission and archiving (Soft and
Hard Copies).
10. Oversee Electrical and Instrumentation Installations including but not
limited to Oil and Gas Compression
Packages, Dehydration units and Process Modules at the fabrication
yard or at Client Offshore/Onshore remote locations and insure Project
timely completion, emphasizing on safety policies/regulations and
quality production, in-line with statutory and prevailing Project and
Industry standards.
11. Responsible in Final Package Electrical and Instrumentation
calibration, hook-up installation, start-up and commissioning at
Client remote onshore/offshore locations.
12. Test and insure that the supplied equipment is fully integrated with
the client's existing plant SCADA/DCS and that the PLC has been tuned
up in-line with plant operating conditions.
13. Insure Equipment performance and reliability is within project
specifications by intuitively trimming/tuning Equipment parameters
using computer-based programs during Start up and commissioning.
14. Responsible for aftermarket troubleshooting and maintenance of
supplied equipment package at Client locations and prepare
test/commissioning/field service reports according to Project quality
requirements and standards.
15. Coordinate Project progress to Project and Department Managers and
highlight any engineering or production issues and participate
actively to seek immediate solutions and apply them safely and
efficiently.
16. Participate on day to day tool box talks to insure Safe work practices
on every activity are being adhered to at all times.

1. Oversee Electrical and Instrumentation Installations on Turn-Key
Pharmaceutical Plant projects by handling a team of Electricians,
Technicians and Vendors to work on fabrication workshops, live plant
and process building facilities performing Installation, testing and
maintenance of Process Instrumentation, Building Management System
(BMS), Fire and Gas System, PA Systems, CCTV, and Plant ESD System.
2. Conduct Electrical test on Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchgears
and MCCs components such as breakers, protection relays and power
transformers (primary injection, phase rotation, megger, etc.) as per
approved procedures to meet statutory and prevailing Project QA/QC
requirements.
3. Calibrate/Test Process Instrumentation and conduct Instrumentation pre-
commissioning works (cold and hot loop checks on all Field
Instrumentation - Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, Vibration and

(460V/6.6kV/7.2kV) and MCCs components such as breakers, protection
relays and power transformers a (primary injection, phase rotation,
