April 2004 - Supervised the installation team for the 9 meter
antenna for Telemetry Tracking Control and RF Satellite Station
at Cibinong, Jakarta. Performed acceptance testing for the
Uplink/Downlink satellite eqpts. and done antenna patterns for
the 9 meter Vertex C-band antenna having four port linear
polarized (5.85-6.425GHz Tx and 3.625-4.2 GHz Rx). Integrate
and commission the following Uplink and Downlink eqpts. As ff:
3 units of 3.3 Kilowatts of Klystron High Power Amplifier (CPI:
936R12/936D50 with 12 channels and redundant switching

Kabul Afghanistan. This system is designed to support high
capacity, data & voice channel and capable for video
application for WAN or MAN. A Network Management System was
provided to monitor, control and analyzes integrity of the
links. Provided on-site 24X7 on call support.
Project: Microwave Radio, US Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan.
December 2006- Project Manager for the DAB Afghanistan Bank
Modernization Projects. Sintelsat provided a full turn-key
solution for the bank communication network, these includes a
3.8meter V-sat Hub station in Kabul Afghanistan and six 1.8
meter V-sat terminals to other DAB Regional Branch offices.

Major Responsibilities:
Coaches three (3) System Engineers and five (5) Technicians in
the operations, repair and preventive maintenances of the 10
Meter Satellite Earth Station, Microwave eqpts., UPS' and
generators of Bayantel and at least 300 V-SAT terminal
equipments installed around the Philippines.
Lead the operation planning, review and analysis of the status
and capacity of Satellite Earth Station subsystem network at
Antipolo Rizal facilities. And recommend subsystem upgrade if
needed.
Accountable for the General Data Communication (GDC) Network
System with existing 79 TMS nodes, 93 minimuxes and 18 OCM's,
including activation, deactivation, configuration, diagnostic
and fault isolation through the use of GDC Transport Management
System (TMS) 3000 controller.
Guarantee all in-house repair of V-SAT RF equipment,
multiplexer, point to point/point to multi-point radios, and
base band modem pass the standard set by my company.
Keep track of valuable records (like gains, parameter settings,
circuit configurations, etc.) during commissioning stage of a
remote V-SAT terminal site, multiplexers, point to point, point
to multipoint radio and data circuits. Making sure these
documents are ready available and updated regularly for
operations and field personnel use, to ensure a smooth isolation
procedure, incase of equipment failure and restoration.
Work with different Customer Service Engineer (both local and
foreign) to trouble-shoot performance issues, as well as to
upgrade the system facilities.
Prepare technical training materials for different V-SAT
equipments, Microwave Radio's, UPS and generators from basic
functional testing to proper preventive maintenance procedures.
Conduct regular technical training seminar to enhance technical
skills of our new engineers and technicians.
Head a team whose main responsibility is handling complaints and
site restoration of SMART. SMART Philippines was leading
cellular company in the Philippines.
Periodically check status of preventive maintenance inspection
of 10 meter antenna system, microwave radio's and LNA redundant
switch, including RF and data subsystem network facilities.
Projects undertaken:
Take part in the upgrade of 400Watt TWTA HPA to 700Watt
capacity, to improve uplink of Master Earth Station in Antipolo
that increase twice of our monthly revenue and accommodate
bandwidth upgrade and activation of new site circuits.
Headed the BAYANTEL - Service Quality of Excellence Group(SQE).
It's main task was improved the turn around time of in-house,
local and foreign repair of satellite equipments.
Take part in revising and updating of exciting testing
functionality manuals of BAYANTEL V-SAT and multiplexer
