struggled to work with Plumbers, Pipefitters, and Trucking Union, a
potentially huge client. Designed approach to win over truck drivers, and

union heads, winning $16M account.
Turned around declining territory. Promoted to oversee failing region for
AIL. Revamped sales recruiting process, commission schedules, and
strengthened communication. Developed most profitable sales force in
company, opening three new regional offices. Boosted revenue from $500K to
$3M, winning Top Director Award.
Grew revenue from $0 to $7M for J. D. Consultants. Joined startup company
to establish sales program and build sales team in three states. Hired and
