MUBEA INC., FLORENCE, KENTUCKY – 2008
A Tier 1 Automotive Parts Manufacturer of coil springs, stabilizer bars, and other engine parts with
worldwide distribution to all major Automotive Manufacturers. My position as Manager of Controller
was eliminated in 03/08 due to severe Company Budget shortfalls resulting from the dramatic downturn
in the sales of automobiles of the Company’s Customers.
MANAGER OF CONTROLLING:
Primary responsibilities: 1)responsible for the overall financial management of the North America
Division ($260MM), including the accurate and timely financial reporting; 2)providing the financial and
analytical leadership necessary to optimize the Division’s financial results; 3)the formulation and

conversion of general accounting system to standard cost accounting system; 6)responsible for
