Director of Indiana Operations - 2008 to 2009
Responsible for five manufacturing facilities located throughout the State
of Indiana. Over saw all aspects of the business not limited to safety
performance, environmental reporting and compliance, improvement of quality
and delivery metrics, cost improvement activities of $8.6 Million,
inventory reduction of $1.2M. Activities included cost improvement
projects, value stream mapping, plant operating reviews, financial and
tooling reviews, launch readiness reviews and quoting new business.
General Manager, Shelbyville Operations - 2002 to 2007
Responsibilities included overall plant performance, metrics and P & L.
Implemented cross functional teams to drive improvements in safety,
quality, delivery, OEE, scrap reduction and bottom line performance.
Successfully completed registration audits for TS 16949 and ISO 14001 and
achieved Q1 status at two facilities. Reduced overall plant PPM to fewer
than 50 through continuous improvement activities and standardized work.
Implemented cost improvement tracker system to drive cost improvement that
resulted in bottom line growth. Utilized program management tools to launch
several new programs successfully.

inventory. Improved molding OEE and implemented standardized work
