Ensured that all branches and team Members complied with all
state and federal lending laws. Complete responsibility of P&L
results. Administered all HR functions and recruiting. Help to
develop a management training program that was implemented to
the entire company of 2800 branches. Ensured the highest level
of customers service was rendered to all clients.
2002 to 2005 Store Manager-T.J. Maxx
Supervised a 28,000 square foot store that achieved over 7
million in annual sales. Responsible for all phases of daily
store operations and strategic planning. Duties included all
P&L responsibilities, HR functions, training and development of

Responsible for recruiting, interviewing and hiring all store

Ames Dept Stores
Responsible for all internal auditing and loss prevention
functions in the State of Virginia. Used the trained and
measured compliance with staff and management to maximize sales
and profits. Improved inventory shrink results from 2.54% to an
all time low of .53% in two years time. District stores
received superior internal audit scores as compared to the other
districts in the region.
1993 to 1999 Store Manager-Ames Department Stores
Supervised 78 associates. Responsibilities included sales and
profit goals, merchandising standards, inventory control, HR
functions and risk management.
1989 to 1993 Project Manager-Ames Department Stores

opening a newstore from start to finish. Construction
