MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
> Achieved largest Delphi SAP launch, on time and within budget in company
history. Launch involved 9 manufacturing sites, two distribution centers
and two design centers located in 5 countries on 4 continents. Result:
Met all metrics involving 700,000 static data elements, 276,000 dynamic
data elements and a cutover plan involving 2,429 tasks.
> Transitioned largest customer contract to Mexico as a cost reduction
measure. Result: Culminated in $1 Million in personnel savings with no
impact to customers.
> Instituted premium freight metrics, reporting, and infrastructure to
drive improvements. Result: Reduced premium freight 2.57% in 2004 to
.54% in 2006 realizing an annual $3.5 Million in savings.

. Managed successful SAP launch for 4 German facilities, acting as co-lead
for production control and logistics. Included training, supplier and
customer interfaces, organization, and SAP system changes.
. Created alert and escalation process to interface with overseas support
of SAP system.
. Developed first supplier Electronic Data Interchange certification team
and tracking processes for European facilities. Achieved record results

. Formalized post-SAP processes for customer facing systems, including work
instructions, desk manuals, and audit requirements. Customers included:

. Passed all QS/TS and Sarbanes-Oxley audits all three years.
. No supplier failures resulted in customer impact.
Manager, SAP Deployment (2002-2004)
Team included 75 personnel, located in 9 manufacturing locations and
Delphi's largest distribution center.
Key Accomplishments:
. Successfully shutdown and archived data for 35 legacy systems generating
$7M in annual savings.
. Completed all SAP enhancements and organizational change requirements on
time and with 2,500 end items and 50,000 components part numbers. All
locations went live on the same day, totaling $5B in sales.
. Managed team that developed and trained all production control and
logistics employees consisting of 5,000 pages of material and 22,000
training hours. Achieved 99.3% training compliance.
. Originated the first supplier certification process and team. Set Delphi
record for supplier communication and labeling process compliance of
96.7% one month after SAP launch.
Manager, Systems and Processes (2000-2002)
Directed 5 supervisors and 30 analysts managing pre-SAP legacy systems and
processes. Managed MRP (material requirements planning) systems and
processes, including system changes, budgets, external interfaces (customer
and supplier EDI), process design and roll-out, and troubleshooting.
Key Accomplishments:
. Reduced annual IT budget from $11M to $7.5M over a 2 year period through
the elimination of under utilized systems, combining of systems and
elimination of upgrades.
. Managed business case, developed launch team, headcount, resources,
production control and logistics budget for SAP implementation.

(1997-2000)
Managed Bill of Material routing analysis, material pull system, supplier
interface, system analyst, and critical parts teams.

Accountable for all aspects of commercial, design, development, launch, and
production of Delphi's first aftermarket audio product. Managed team
consisting of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software
programming, sales, finance, and program coordinator.
Key Accomplishments:
. Piloted first integrated development team concept, co-located
engineering, sales, program management and reporting structures.
. Set Delphi Record (11 months) for fastest car audio concept to production
cycle.
. Launched first product for aftermarket sales at the Consumer Electronics
Show.
Senior Sales Engineer / Business Manager (1991-1995)
Maintained relationship with GM, TRW, Inland and Saginaw Steering. Managed
Buick radio and all steering wheel control business cases, financial
analysis, quoting, and program launch.
Key Accomplishments:
. Increased profitability on steering wheel controls from break even to
15%+ over a 4 year period through the development of a new cost - profit
model for steering wheel controls.
. Wrote and developed company's first successful aftermarket audio
feasibility study and business case. Resulted in joint venture product
development with premier aftermarket car audio manufacturer and
distributor.
Manufacturing Supervisor, Material Control, Non-Productive Purchasing, and
Production Readiness (1986-1991)
Held a variety of positions at Delphi E&S, first Mexican facility as well
as the US warehouse facility.. Managed up to 11 salaried employees and 300
hourly staff members.

. Implemented North American Production control and logistics systems and
processes for company's first Mexican manufacturing facility.
. Launched material control, expediting and production readiness areas.
