Objective

05/2012-01/2013 Lippert Components Inc, Plant 28

Hired in as a Quality Control Technician for a single production

line, however, was promoted to Quality Control overseeing all 1st shift

repairs. Job included all off the same duties as a production line QC,

with the addition of multiple types of frames from various customers; often

not being given what exactly was 'defective' with given frame, but having

to find the defect, and oversee its correct repair, in a timely, fast paced

manner. The addition of welding, use of a hand held laser cutting unit,

retrieval of correct parts and use of a forklift, for any given repair,

made this new job all the more rewarding.

03/2012-05/2012 Elite Staffing (Employed at Lippert Components

Inc, Plant 28 in Middlebury)

Quality Control Technician for RV frame assemblies. In charge of

quality and accurate production of frames listed for

production on any given day. Duties included all daily paperwork for

assigned line, ensuring assigned production line had all materials and

tools needed for production over the course of the day, verifying all parts

in assembly are correct to print and\or customer specifications as well the

presence and accuracy of all required welds.

in Vicksburg, MI)

Injection and blow mold machine operator and parts inspector for EIMO

Plastics, Parts I have produced range from nondescript components for

general assemblies, inlays with class "A" surfaces for automotive

assemblies and, most recently, lenses and medical parts produced in the

clean room. I have been continually assigned to the clean room as I am

adept at running multiple machines, each producing different parts, and

following all clean room protocols.

Manufacturing training.

Notes

I am currently in the middle of constructing an electric\alternative

fuel hybrid motorcycle in an effort to cut my own monthly costs. I am

also striving to further my education by taking, a minimum of, one class a

semester at a local community college. I hope to someday pursue a career

in Bioengineering or Robotics.
