t Since 1999 I have worked as either a part-time chaplain or a back
up chaplain for corporations as an Employee Benefit. I provide 24
hour, 365 day-a-year chaplain Emergency On-Call availability for
crisis intervention, and work closely with management on any
emergency situation or employee needs. I currently work as a backup
chaplain for this organization.
2002-2004 Men's Ministry Director, Springfield Victory Mission, Springfield,

I moved into an area more suited for me and made a two year
proposal to reorganize some of our ministries and do away with two
positions, one of which was mine. I also provided oversight for two
programs. The Christian recovery program which helps men in their
spiritual, emotional and social growth. The overnight shelter for
men who are homeless and need a place to stay.

Responsible for transitioning the current informal volunteer system
into a High Impact Volunteer Network. Work included recruiting,
selecting, training, leading and developing volunteer leaders. I
oversaw city wide food distribution during the holidays as well as
a back to school program. I managed the daily need for volunteer
help. I also provided PR services for this organization.

Supervised adults with severe mental illness who had difficulty
living independently. Provided nurturing, support, direction and
education to help residents assume responsibility for their own
recovery. All individuals have the potential for improvement and
are provided with opportunities and support to maximize that
potential.

Supervised adults with severe mental illness helping them integrate
into the community. Assisted them in managing their mental illness,
connected them to available community resources, assisted with
finding employment, and served as an advocate on their behalf.

House of Hope merged with EastGate church. My primary role was to
train and develop volunteer leaders. Strategic planning and
development. Development of training programs. Advisor for
ministry. After I resigned from this church I took a year
sabbatical.
1995 - 1999 Pastor, House of Hope, Springfield, MO
Asked to provide the same service for this church as was done for
the Arkansas church. This church decided to restart and was
successful and merged with another church.

Provided stability for organization during time of transition.

Asked to provide assessment of the viability of this churches
future. Worked with the leadership to develop a plan to provide the
membership. There were two options, follow the steps for a restart
or vote to close the doors. This was an agonizing process which
resulted in closing the church, selling off property etc. The goal
was to honor the past while helping a small congregation relocate
into other churches.

Served on "Good Communities" committee for the City of Springfield.
This group was seeking resolution to conflict between social
services on Commercial Street and the communities of Grant Beach,
Woodland Heights, and Mid-Town Neighborhood Association. Served as
a mediator.
Founding committee member of "Springfield for Christ Network" begun
in 1999. This group was developed out of a desire for the Churches
in Springfield and surrounding area to come together in prayer.
This group plans annual Pastor's prayer summits that last four days
and an annual prayer gathering that meets on the top floor of the
Hammons Tower where we pray over the city.
Served as a trainer with "Great Game of Business" which focuses on
helping businesses develop open book management practices. I dealt
with utilizing Chaplains in the work place and equipping leaders
who want to transform the workplace for Christ.
Trainer/Coach working with churches, nonprofit organizations and
businesses in the development of their organizational alignment,
management and leadership teams and employee and volunteer
engagement. I also work in the area of mediation and conflict
