Worked as a Mechanical Technician in the Mechanical Maintenance wing and also worked in

operation and control wing on 128 MW (16x8) WARTSILA NSD 18V46C in Kozhikode Diesel

Power Project of Kerala State Electricity Board, Nallalam, Kozhikode-27, India, on contract basis

from 01-11-2003 to 10-09-2007.

Attending the operation and the maintenance work of 21MW (10.5x2) MAN B&W 18V 40/45,

SEMT PIELSTICK 120MW (20x6) & WARTSILA (18v46c) Diesel Engines and its auxiliaries,

cylinder head overhauling-valve and valve seat grinding, fuel injection, pump overhauling, turbo

charger maintenance, charge air cooler maintenance, major and Intermediate Maintenance of Lube

Oil & Fuel Oil Separators, Alignment etc.

Conversant the operation and maintenance of the following equipments:

Cylinder Head Overhauling of WARTSILA NSD, SEMT PIELSTICK & MAN B&W

Valve and Valve seat grinding of WARTSILA NSD, SEMT PIELSTICK & MAN B&W

Turbocharger Maintenance (ABB VTR 454 D-32, MAN B&W)

Lube Oil & Fuel Oil separators (ALFA LAVAL & WESTFALIA)

AAF charge air filter

AMOT Thermostatic valves

Reverse Osmosis Plant System

Air Compressor (SPHERE, TAMROTOR, INGERSOLL-RAND)
